Right i've been on the live wire the last 3 days.
Editing. Editing. Filming. Editing.
The whole month has been spent filming and filming at almost all the ends of singapore.
According to schedule...i was suppose to end my filming on friday, i that i did.
Which means we have 3 days to do editing.
Fair?
Logical?
But life's never that simple.
It's hard-wired to be a bitch at times.
This is one of those times...
Friday night, just when we were to start on the editing, i get a call that our software can't process the file types that we filmed.
we tried moving coms and realized that the problem lied in the files.
They got corrupted, some-fuckin-how.
Nothing can be done.
Nothing.
At that point in time, exactly 50 hours ago, i was fucked.
Soo.
The one man show started:
Saturday, 26th May -0400hrs
I stopped brooding and decided in my 2nd plan of action.
I needed to come up with a new script, new shots, new project.
And i had around 70 hours to do that.
Thus the birth of Heaven on Earth: Sembawang
Saturday, 26th may -0930hrs
I had just arrived in City Hall for CBD filming.
Work my way to Raffles Square, filming all the way.
Took a train to Yew tee to grab lunch with Joey.
Thanks for all your help bro.
Couldn't have done i without you.
Seriously.
Saturday, 26th may -1800hrs
I had finished filming ALL of Sembawang's residential sectors.
From 33o+ all the way to chong pang.
Even did a wide shot of the Sembawang Horizon from the 21st floor of blk 466.

Saturday, 26th may -223ohrs
Night shot of Sembawang Central and traffic in Canberra.
Grand tour that consisted of 50+ shots of Sunplaza.
Filming of Sembawang Interchange and Canberra CC.
Going home.
Sunday, 27th may -0200hrs
about 40% of the editing is done for the film.
Bike down to my cousin's place to grab a phillips HD4-r Recording Microphone.
Started Recording 32 seperate Voice overs for the film.
Sunday, 27th may -1100hrs
Arrived back at sembawang.
Some more filming at Canberra Park, Jelutong H. park, Sembawang Family Center.
Breakfast, alone.
Filming of the Tun-bowang River and the sembawang industrial sites.
Sunday, may 27th -1600hrs
Filmed all the way down to Sembawang park.
Took some shots of the resthouse and playgrounds and BBQ areas.
It started raining so i had to shelter at the pvillion.
Phased out to some Ray Charles on my Pod.
Sunday, May 27th -1700hrs
Rain stopped, filiming starts.
Filmed Sembawang beach.
Walked all the way down to the jetty and got shots of the Harbour/shipyard.
Monday, May 28th -0236hrs
After nearly 9 hours and a billion software fuck-ups,
My project is complete.
Its grainy, amature, sad and no where near my potential.
But it's done
I did a diploma level feature documentary in 50 hours.
It's a fucking wrap.
I'm sorry guys.
Insomnia.
I can't seem to sleep.
Haven't slept in like 3 days.
So i'm a little tired.
A little wired.
Very Cynical and homicidical.
Need coffee.
Need sleep.
...preferrably with a cute blonde.
