It's official
Canberra Constituency is oficially endorseing the RC's Drama club
The Berracan kids Drama and Dance
The play today wasn't the best play i've seen..
but to see 10 kids turn from playground junkies to performers in 5 weeks is a miracle
Guess miracles do happen.. .
Yet another suprise.. .
The Play was scheduled to be at 4pm..
It was 3.30pm..
We had half an hour..
I was tooo engrossed in the rehersals to notice Saras getting wierd on me.. .
Sethu, Saras Ain and Shalini went out all at once..
Before i cold follow them they'd already burst into the room with a double oreo cheese cake
Complete with 17 candles and a 10 kid strong choir singin "happy birthday".. .
Damn
NOW THAT IS A SUPRISE..
I felt right at home..
I always knew i clicked greatly with the canberra people.. .
But today they gave me a card saying "Happy birthday to the eldest Berracan Kid"
Now thats sweet..
Mind you these kids are (on the average) 8 years old..
I felt right at home
Gifts..
Like iceing on a bigass cake..
More and more gifts.
I got 3 teddybears from a few of the kids..
Some of the CC girls pitched in and got me a huge garfield plush toy (with POOKEY!!)
(sethu told them of my garfield obsession)
Saras got me exactly what i needed.. .
A HUGE as hell coffee mug with some words etched on it.

damn this year's starting with a bang.
